Vienna is the capital of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. At the beginning of our journey, I will tell the story of Vienna and how the Empire was born.
Bratislava is a cozy medieval city with a unique Slovak flavor. This city was the coronation place of the Hungarian Kingdom. We'll stop in the city center for coffee and a traditional Slovak dessert.
Budapest is a majestic city with amazing buildings built during the heyday of the capital of Hungary. Once called the “Queen of the Danube,” Budapest consists of two parts, Buda and Pest. Our car-walking tour will affect both parts of this city.
In Budapest, I will show a few Hungarian restaurants with local cuisine.

Bratislava is a cozy medieval city with a unique Slovak flavor. This city was the coronation place of the Hungarian Kingdom. Even today, St Martin's Cathedral still has a copy of the Holy Crown of Hungary at the top of the tower. Mozart, Haydn, and Beethoven visited Bratislava several times and have given a concert.
We'll walk in the city around 2 h and can stop for coffee and a traditional Slovak dessert.
From Bratislava to Budapest will be around 2 h.
Budapest is a majestic city with amazing buildings built during the heyday of the capital of Hungary - the 19 century. Once called the “Queen of the Danube,” Budapest has long been the focal point of the nation and a lively cultural center. It consists of two parts, Buda and Pest, which are situated on opposite sides of the river and connected by a series of bridges.
Our 1 hour car-walking tour will affect both banks of the Danube and we will be able to understand and see the city from different sides.
After that you will have 2 hours free time for lunch. I will show a few Hungarian restaurants with local cuisine.
Our way back to Vienna will be around 3h 30 min.
