Explore the best attractions in Transylvania, a unique region with a rich history and a multicultural culture and heritages. It is the host of the very unique Fortified Churches, structures which are combining the religious with defensive role. Many of them are included in the UNESCO Heritages List, together with the medieval town of Sighisoara.
In our tour in Transylvania we’ll also include some sights which are included in the UNESCO tentative list due their cultural and historical role such as the Alba Iulia citadel and the Old Town of Sibiu. Other medieval towns, castles and fortresses are completing our visiting program. You’ll enjoy the scenic roads which are passing the Carpathians Mountains with their high peaks and dense forrest and the Transylvanian landscape with its green rolling hills and the charming villages spread out between them.
Try local food which is tasty and diverse due to the multi-cultural specific of Transylvania.
