What you'll see

1. Booking and confirmation:
The client books the service through our website, WhatsApp, or a partner agency. Once confirmed, they receive a message with all the details: departure time, pickup location, recommendations, and driver contact info.

2. Hotel pickup or agreed meeting point (Jeep 1):
On the day of travel, a 4x4 vehicle (minivan or microbus, depending on road access) picks up the passenger at their hotel in Monteverde or La Fortuna. The driver verifies the reservation and assists with luggage.

3. Land transfer to Lake Arenal:
The first overland journey takes approximately 1.5 hours through rural landscapes, farms, and scenic mountain roads. Guests can enjoy panoramic views on the way to the Arenal Lake dock.

4. Boat crossing (Boat):
At the dock, a guide or assistant welcomes the passengers and helps with boarding. The boat ride lasts around 30 to 40 minutes, offering stunning views of the Arenal Volcano and surrounding mountains.

5. Arrival at the opposite shore:
Upon arrival at the other side of the lake, SinwaTours staff assist with luggage and guide passengers to the second vehicle.

6. Final land transfer to destination (Jeep 2):
Guests board a new vehicle to complete the journey to their hotel in La Fortuna or Monteverde. This segment lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours, depending on weather and road conditions.

7. Arrival and assistance:
At the destination, the driver helps with luggage and ensures passengers are at the correct drop-off point. Final assistance and local recommendations are provided if needed.
