Set off on a guided hike that takes you to a dozen of these serene, postcard-worthy waterfalls for all manner of fun activities. Damajagua is known for its array of dramatic waterfalls pouring through jagged rocks and falling into sparkling pools of turquoise water below.

After starting the day with pickup from your hotel, take a drive to one of the Dominican Republic's most beautiful natural parks—Charcos de Damajagua. The scenery throughout this part of the country is sure to take your breath away. Exit the vehicle and take a few deep breaths of the cool, crisp mountain air as you prepare to take to the trails.
Embark on a hike along a rugged forest trail, with towering trees creating a lush natural canopy high above you. Make your way to a variety of waterfalls that are perfect for climbing around and standing beneath. Throughout your trek, you have the opportunity to slip down smooth slides, swim around pools of clean, clear water, and climb around on limestone rock formations.
