One of the things not to be missed in the Colchagua Valley is lunch surrounded by the wonderful vines at the heart of our Finca de Apalta. All this, with the unparalleled seal of the renowned chef, Francis Mallmann and an extensive wine list where you can choose among the different vintages of Montes wines and others from the Colchagua Valley. The cuisine features meat, fish, and vegetables prepared with different types of fire in the specially designed dome located in the centre of the restaurant, where visitors can see how the ingredients are grilled, smoked, and baked in preparation for the dishes listed on the menu.

At 16:00 hrs you'll enjoy the double Icon Wine Tour at Montes winery. Walk through our beautiful vineyards, with a great view of the Valley. Tour of our mystical winery where the Premium and Ultra Premium wines are made: Montes Alpha M, Montes Folly, Purple Angel and Montes Alpha. Visit our Barrel Room, where our best wines rest and mature accompanied by Cantos Gregorianos.
