The gastronomic project opened its doors for the first time in December 2023, and was created by 3 women: Mom and daughters. Pamela, Lina and Giovanna, with Italian roots and extensive experience in the field of gastronomy, share a passion for providing good service and good food.
Each one develops in a different area of ​​​​restaurant, but together they came together to create Bianco Restaurant, located within the Viña Casa Marin.
Bianco has a seasonal Mediterranean-style menu with local products from the Lo Abarca area and surrounding areas. Each dish was designed to highlight the benefits of Casa Marin wines.
