We visit beautiful traditional village surrounded by mountains with very important archaeological discoveries. After a stroll around the Village we have a stop in picturesque place for a picnic. There you drink some cold house wine under a big plane tree near refreshing river and taste some cheese, olives, Cretan rusks with olive oil while peacocks walking around.
While we go further we meet on our way family winery with breathtaking views which is located in the most ancient wine growing area of Crete. There we take part in wine tasting.
After we head to southern coast of Crete to famous Matala beach. This unique place is surrounded by cliffs with caves which where used by hippies in the middle of '60. Many lovely fish taverns welcome you to have a nice dinner on the seaside. But before you taste fresh sea food or famous Cretan lamb chops you can swim in refreshing water of Libyan sea.
