Upon your arrival, please proceed to the office for check-in. Our office personnel will provide details about the 30-minute airboat tour, navigating through bulrushes and the remote areas of the swamp. They'll also share insights about the various animals spotted in the swamp on that day.

Once you've checked in, you and your group will wait for the next available airboat tour. (Usually no longer than 30 minutes)

In the meantime, feel free to explore the on site store. Restroom facilities are also accessible for your convenience.
