About this experience

Enjoy hiking in the Andean mountains. Combeima Canyon is a prodigious ecosystem located in the Central Cordillera of the Colombian Andes. The canyon it is located 45 minutes from Ibague with a total length of 28 km on the rise, ranging from 1.283 m to 2.230 meters, which is carved by the Rio Combeima and serves as a gateway to Los Nevados Natural National. The low mountain path begins in the village of Juntas; the journey ascent lasts for three hours; first stop is up to the La Riviera farm heading to cross the canyon in a cable car to observed the canyon deepness and enjoy a delicious local meal. Afterward, hiking back another three hours in a path within the mountain range to return to Juntas Village. Transfer to the hotel around 16:00.
