The bus is equipped with one bathroom. Guests are asked to use toilet #1 only, as using toilet #2 may affect ventilation and cause discomfort for others. Rest stops are available at each tour location, where you can also use bathroom facilities.
Hotel changes are not allowed after 6:00 PM, as we are unable to modify our logistics at that time. Please ensure any changes are made before 6:00 PM to avoid scheduling issues.
Please note: The tour itinerary and duration may vary depending on the guide’s logistics and traffic conditions. The total experience can last up to 14 hours or more, depending on transfer times between locations. This is a full-day tour, and you will be traveling for most of the day, so please plan accordingly.

If you want to go to Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen meeting point, please confirm us otherwise if you arrive to Coco Bongo without any confirmation to us, you will not find your transportation.
