Get to know Korčula with the help of a local. Enjoy the scenery, beaches, local wines or food - you choose what, and for how long. Learn about the history and the present of the island. Korčula is an enchanting place, well worth exploring and enjoying. Welcome :-)
The tour takes you around the island of Korčula in the company of a local guide, born and raised on the island. We will drive through small, scenic villages, vineyards and fields. You will be able to take quite a few photos of lush green, unspoiled nature. The island has a lot of beaches in small coves and bays, ideal to stop for a beach break. You can choose between pebble, sand or stone beaches. Korčula is known for white wines, with Grk and Pošip being the most known local grapes, unique to the island. There are quite a few wineries offering wine tasting, and I can recommend some. If you are a foodie, we can stop for lunch to try some local dishes. You can choose from a Michelin-starred one to a beach bar. You can also choose an easy walk in nature if you like outdoor activities. In general, I will ask you about your preferences, and then make some suggestions. Of course, I am open to any of your suggestions, and I will try to accommodate them if possible.
We will meet at Plokata Square, near a bronze, round - shaped fountain in front of the OTP Bank. Looking forward to meeting you, welcome to Korčula :-)
