In collaboration with the Tre Terre Estate, (Tenuta Tre Terre) we offer you a special and unique tasting of the Istrian vinegar made with Croatian autochthonous grapes and wines.
Thru our ˝Wine & vinegar˝ tour we will immerse ourselves in the nature and have a walk throughout the Tre Terre's vineyard and lavanda fields with the Tenuta Tre Terre welcome drink.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the process of producing vinegar and about its healthy aspects in everyday use. To enhance your understanding of the vinegar's versatility, our knowledgeable guides will share tips and recipes for incorporating Istrian vinegar into various culinary creations, showcasing its exceptional taste and health benefits.
Highlight of the ˝Wine & Vinegar˝ visit will be the tasting of 3 different fingerfoods made with the vinegars produced on the estate and accompanied with the local Istrian wines.
