This tour includes the following: a private tour of the Colosseum Arena Floor; a guided tour of the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill; a private and professional English-speaking guide; a custom group size.
Your private tour will begin by walking under a large arch known as "Porta Libitinaria" or "Gate of Death" directly on the reconstructed Arena floor, where wild games once took place. Facing death in the face of fierce human or animal adversaries, gladiators fought on this floor of the Arena, where most visitors to the Colosseum are not allowed. Standing on the Arena floor is a unique experience that nothing can beat.
