Important notes
• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination.
• Hotel pick up and drop off will be provided. Please do call us at least 48 hours prior to the tour date or by sending email in order to reconfirm the pick up time.
• Since desert horse riding involve off-road, pregnant woman, people with heart problems and other sensitive ailments will undertake the tour at their own risk
• You must need to present either a physical or electronic mobile voucher on the day of tour
Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

The activity of horse riding is happening in the beach of Um Al Quwain which is around 1 hour journey from your hotel in Dubai.
On the day of the trip please carry your original passport with you.
You will be asked to share your passport copies prior to the tour date to get register your ride along with your weight details.
If there is no enough travellers or bad weather in sea side. Operations have right to cancel the activity. in that case reschedule date will be offered.
