The Try Freediving experience is an introduction to the amazing sport of freediving. You will start your day with special breathing techniques and learn some very interesting new skills of breath-holding that will allow you to dive with an SSI dive professional in a confined water environment to a depth up to 5 meters.
This course will definitely make you more confident in the open sea especially if you have never been there before and help you fully enjoy your swimming and snorkeling activities in a safe and relaxed way.
You will earn the SSI Try Freediving recognition rating after completing this program.
