* The vehicle will only be delivered to the reservation holder, who must present a valid physical identification document (not digital). Failure to present the required document will result in the vehicle being detained and no refund of the reservation will be made.
* The number of passengers must not exceed the capacity specified in the reservation. Any violation will result in the vehicle being detained and no refund of the reservation will be made.
* The reservation is for 9 hours, starting and ending at the time established on the platform. If you wish to receive the vehicle later or at a different location, please contact us. However, the service will always end at the time stipulated on the platform.
*The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental.
