What you'll see

This service typically takes 30-45 minutes. The shuttle will generally get you to the airport within that timeframe. Please note that the duration of the ride may be subject to adjustment based on the traffic conditions of the day.

Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your booking details and reach out to us should you need to make a correction. (24) hours before your pickup, you will receive a reminder text with a link to your booking which will provide your scheduled pickup time and date.

On the day of your pickup, our driver will call/text upon arrival at your hotel. Please be ready 15 minutes since our shared shuttle begins loading 15 minutes before the pickup time.

The order of pickups will be based on the hotel/resort location. Our vehicles will be clearly marked with "IES" on the front and rear doors. Once your driver arrives, your name will be called and you will be asked to confirm your first name and to present your QR code from your booking itinerary as well.
