Snorkeling is optional and may be canceled due to weather or Port Authority restrictions. If canceled, the rest of the tour continues as planned, and no refund will be issued. Booking the tour constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Guests over 60 years old are not allowed to snorkel.

Infants aged 0 to 3 will only be charged a transportation fee of $20 if transported from Playa del Carmen; they do not pay dock fees or boat access fees.
