Children under 5 years old are not allowed to ride ATVs alone. They can only participate as passengers accompanied by a responsible adult. Safety equipment will be provided for all participants.

We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items on the tour, transportation, lockers, seats. Make sure you don't forget your personal belongings when getting off the transportation
The pick-up limit is the Playacar area Playa del Carmen, passing the Playacar area, you have to go to Coco bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation
For safety reasons, clients cannot carry cell phones or cameras during the tour because they are in the air due to the zip lines or because they are on an ATV and they have to use both hands and if they use the other for their camera they could suffer an accident. IT IS NOT ALLOWED FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY, or because they lose their phone or camera and we are not responsible, drones are not allowed.
