About this experience

In this Experience we will enter the Mayan world in a very fun an unique way ...  We will begin our tour in the bus stop of Chemuyil a folkloric population of the state of Quintana Roo, to then head to the camping Zone where we will experience the caribbean in a really different way... Camping, shearing some food in the middle of the nature and learning from it.
Later we will continue towards a beautiful cenote (a deep, water-filled sinkhole in limestone) in which you will be able to enjoy crystalline waters in the middle of the jungle .
Then we will come back to the camping zone to chill out meanwhile we prepare the dinner and the fire to share some mayan stories with you at night covered with the most lovely starry sky.
at morning you will have some time to clean up and pick up the camp not without having breakfast first.
Before finishing our experience at the meeting point we will visit 4 beautiful cenotes, 3 of them open and one semi-cavern

Detailed itinerary

Nuestro punto de encuentro sera en la parada de autobuses y vans en el pueblo de Chemuyil a las 11:00 am

el guía conducirá por 20 minutos hacia la zona de acampado NICTÉ ubicado dentro de Aldea Coral (un area exclusiva y con seguridad)

Montaremos el campamento para entrar en calor, parando las tiendas de campaña, montando la cocina para tener un pequeño snack y adecuandonos para ir a dar una hermosa caminata dentro de la jungla en donde conoceremos 2 imponentes cenotes de caverna con rio subterraneo

regresaremos al campamento a cocinar nuestra comida, comer y descansar un rato dándonos oportunidad de conocer una granja maya al atardecer y de disfrutar la naturaleza con un cafecito o te a la tarde.

Pedalea Mexico will cancel the tour in cases of extreme weather that compromise the safety of the passengers which include hard rain, lightning, thunder and/or flooding. Pedalea Mexico provides rain ponchos and other measures to mitigate the weather, therefore, if the tour goes out and the passenger decides to cancel their booking, he/she will be refunded 50% of their payment or given 100% credit to a future tour of equal or less value.
