About this experience

This tour promises to provide an enlightening experience that will forever alter your perception of olive oil.
A distinct half-day/small group excursion accompanied by a licensed expert in the field of olive oil.
Our aim is to get to know the ecosystem of the Corfiot olive grove by travelling back in time to experience, hands on, the cultivation of olives as it once was. From there, our journey to the present day will take in the various forms of cultivation across history.

We will walk through a unique green environment and acquaint ourselves with the perennial green and Corfiot olives,making our way into a small traditional Corfiot village where you will get exclusive access to our very own olive press dating back to the early 1900s.
Moving on you will experience a one of a kind organic olive oil tasting and end with a meze of quality Corfiot products accompanied by local wine.

Our accredited olive oil expert will meet you at the meeting point.
You will be taken to a small traditional village where you will begin your tour of the ecosystem of the Corfiot olive grove.

Walk through our unique green environment and acquaint yourself with the perennial green, Corfiot olives. See olive trees whose life has spanned 100s of years and observe the many varieties of flora and fauna in the area.

A short walk from there you will enjoy exclusive access to our very own olive mill & press, which dates to the early 19th century. There you will learn all about the olive oil making process and its secrets.

Afterward, sample our organic olive oil in our one of a kind olive oil tasting in a unique private setting before ending the tour with a food pairing(meze) of quality Corfiot products, including Corfiot meat cuts,seasonal vegetables,fruit,fresh bread,olives and olive oil.Combine with a glass of homemade wine or soft drink.
