Your Lunch time will be either 11:30am or 1pm. If you added the summit option, you will go to the summit after your Lunch. If you added cruise, you can take the cruise before or after your Lunch, depending on the time you reserved.
Due to the operations of the Eiffel Tower, the lift does not provide a direct connection between the 1st and 2nd floors. To reach the second floor, you will take a 5-minute walk up the stairs in the company of your dedicated guide.
For quick help concerning your tour, please reach us via the email and WhatsApp number provided in your booking confirmation.

Meeting point

DO NOT go into the Tower. You can meet your tour host 30 minutes before the visit time starts at the meeting point. You'll see them wearing a LIGHT GREEN CAP and holding a SIGN with our company name. The meeting point is an open space area next to the green grass beside the Eiffel Tower.

Meet our reps 30mins before your ticket time at the meeting point (13 Allee Paul Deschanel, 75007 Paris, France). DO NOT go into the Eiffel Tower. The meeting point is not far from Entrance 2 of the Eiffel Tower. You will see our representative putting on a GREEN Cap, and holding a flag on which is written Host.
