Stop 1

Travelers will reach Pompeii after 2.5 hours of travel and can start the tour with a guide. We will visit La Casa del Fauno, one of the most important places in the whole park, it is the remains of an ancient Roman villa that extends for about 3000 square meters. You will also admire the Forum of Pompeii, the nerve center of life in the city. A site to discover is the villa dei Misteri with its splendid frescoes depicting life-size human figures. We will then go on to discover the Lupanare of Pompeii with its erotic frescoes. An important stop is the remains of the Temple of Apollo with a bronze statue kept inside. We will then go to visit the minor amphitheater. The Stabian Baths which are the oldest complex in the city of Pompeii you will be able to see the gyms, changing rooms, latrines and swimming pools. An interesting site to see will be the Cave Canem Mosaic where you can appreciate the mosaic floor of the House of the Tragic Poet depicting a dog.

Stop 2

After the tour in Pompeii, travelers can have lunch in a restaurant or eat a typical local sandwich. It takes about 50 minutes to reach the Royal Palace of Caserta from Pompeii. The Palace includes 1200 rooms and extends over an area of about 47,000 m² so what you will see is clearly only a part but certainly a substantial part. You will be welcomed by the Grand Staircase which will lead you to the Vestibule, the royal apartments and the Palatine Chapel. We will visit the Sala di Alessandro, Sala di Marte and Sala di Astrea and we will finish with the private rooms of Francesco and Murat, the Court Theater and finally the Library and the Reading Rooms, you will be catapulted into 1752 when the foundation stone. We will then go to the Parco della Reggia considered one of the most beautiful parks in Europe where you can admire the waterfalls, the sculptures and the many monumental fountains. The return journey will be approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes.
