Meeting point

Please check in with your DRIVER at the White Ford Transit passenger van usually parked in front of the restrooms. Do not ask for us inside, we meet OUTSIDE in the parking area. No one inside will be able to assist you. Your driver wears a hat with the Tennessee Mountain Tours logo on it.

• Tour leaves at 12pm sharp, it does not wait

Tour length is subject to change due to local traffic conditions and group size.

You may cancel up until 72 hours (3 days) before the tour for a refund should the need arise. Inside 72 hours there are no refunds. We need adequate time to refill seats that have been reserved for your party. Canceling with limited notice is rude and gives us no time to refill the seat which is why we allow no refunds inside 72 hours. If you are 3 or more days outside the scheduled tour date simply request a cancelation and refund and we will gladly grant the request. (ignore the warning that it isn't refundable)
