Experience the elegance of Edo and the charm of Japanese dance just a 1-minute walk from Asakusa Station, in a picturesque space in front of Kaminarimon. Award-winning professional dancers, recipients of the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Prize, perform authentic dances in beautiful kimonos with graceful movements.

Learn about the history and features of Japanese dance, and enjoy traditional stage makeup, “shironuri.” You can also try dancing with a folding fan, experiencing the movements yourself. This special program allows you to appreciate Japanese culture with all your senses.

The venue opens 30 minutes before each performance. The show lasts about 45 minutes and includes a welcome drink (matcha). The welcome drink service ends 5 minutes before the performance, so please arrive early. After the performance, you can take commemorative photos with the performers.
