Discover Sapa: A One-Day Trek to Ta Van, Lao Chai, and Y Linh Ho When our guide takes you up from your hotel in Sapa town, you may start your Sapa trip. Begin with a picturesque hike to Y Linh Ho village, where you may take in the Muong Hoa Valley's natural splendor. Hike through verdant rice terraces and down the serene Muong Hoa Stream to Lao Chai hamlet, which is inhabited by the Black Hmong. Admire the breathtaking views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range from this location. Proceed through traditional tribal settlements, such as Ta Van and Lao Chai, which are inhabited by the Dzao, Dzay, and Black H’mong ethnic groups.

Stop 1

08:00 – 08:30: Tour guide pick you up at your hotel in Sapa town and start to trekking to Y Linh Ho village and then start hiking through the rice terraces along Muong Hoa Stream to Lao Chai, the village of Black H’mong minority. Here you will enjoy the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son mountain ranges. Pass several tribal villages, including Lao Chai and Ta Van, home to the Black H'mong, Dzao and Dzay minority peoples.

12:00 - 13:30: Having lunch at Ta Van village and rest at our homestay.

Stop 3 Pass by

14:30: Come back Sapa Town by car. Finish Sapa 1 day tour.
