Detailed itinerary

On our arrival at Teotihuacan we will begin with a guided tour (on foot) by one of our guides specialized in the history of this magical place, you will discover why Teotihuacan was the most important city in Mesoamerica in pre-Hispanic times, you will admire the greatness of its monuments (pyramid of the sun, pyramid of the moon) and the most important temples of this place.

To understand the complexity of the ancient city it is necessary to leave the monuments area – delimited by the cobblestone circuit – and go to some of the large housing complexes, such as those that can be visited today, in this case we will visit Tepantitla.

This complex is located in the west sector of the city, where you can see a complex housing system and part of its development shown through several constructive levels.

In some of its rooms are exhibited extraordinary murals with diverse themes, among which the murals of Tlalocan stand out for their composition, color and symbolism.

Within our tour we will visit a workshop or handicraft store in case you want to acquire any souvenir or Teotihuacan handicraft.

After our tour of the majestic archaeological site we will have free time to taste a delicious meal in one of the restaurants in the region if you require it.
