Detailed itinerary

1

Stroll through the Olde Towne area of Niagara on the Lake. Window shop or visit the many boutiques, pubs, or cafes this picturesque little town has to offer. Maybe you'd rather walk down to Lake Ontario and take in the breathtaking view from the gazebo. Try to spot the CN Tower in Toronto on the other side of the lake.

2
Stop 2

Enjoy a 1 hour tasting experience. Select premium table wines and Icewine or premium table wines from their VQA portfolio. If you'd enjoy a snack, add cheese and/or charcuterie to accompany your tasting.

3

At Marynissen Estates, we focus on small-lot winemaking showcasing our wines in a rustic yet modern style. We focus on gentle handling at each stage of the winemaking process to ensure wine of the highest quality and value. We want to pay respect to our deep history while continuing to learn, grow and move our winemaking forward.

4

The winery began in the small German town of Uhlbach near the turn of the 19th century, when a restauranteur named Frederick Konzelmann left the culinary trade to pursue the craft of winemaking. By 1984 the Konzelmann family immigrated to Canada, purchased a lakefront peach orchard… and the rest they say, is history.

5

Joseph’s Estate Wines Inc. is located in the heart of Niagara’s Wine Country. The 20-acre estate winery has been recognized within the industry and abroad for producing a variety of Premium Award-Winning VQA Red and White Wines. Dr. Joseph Pohorly is a legend in the wine industry, having been actively involved since the late 1970’s and founding Joseph’s Estate Wines in 1992.For more than two decades the winemaking team has consistently been crafting fruit-forward and palate-pleasing wines staying true to Dr. Joseph’s style. You will find many interesting varietals at Joseph’s that are rare gems in the industry.

Stop 6

One of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s founding family wineries, founded in 1982 by Ewald Reif and later acquired by nephew Klaus W. Reif. Today, Reif produces wines from its vineyard first planted in 1977. The winery boasts one of the most sophisticated, educational tasting room experiences.

7

Caroline Cellars is one of Niagara's best family owned and operated wineries. The Lakeit family – with a half-century of farming history behind them – opened Caroline Cellars in 2002. Focusing on fresh and approachable wines, the award-winning portfolio includes both white and red varietals, a small selection of fruit wine and critically acclaimed and awarded Icewine.
