This captivating excursion commences at the Vilnius. Our friendly driver awaits you with a warm welcome at your hotel or accommodation. Step into a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle embarking on tour.

After reaching the island and taking off the boat, guide will lead you to the entrance to the castle and will help you to buy tickets to the castle museum to explore it on your own.

After the visit to the castle you will have up to 30 minutes to swim, paddle or shop for souvenirs (folks say it’s way cheaper to buy amber jewelry here than in Vilnius).

On the way to Trakai we will visit unique Hill of Angels and discover how deeply pagan point-of-view to the world is expressed in our traditional art – wood carving and why there is a sun embodied on Lithuanian Christian cross.
