In Vrhnika we will visit the Ljubljanica River Exhibition, where we will learn the story of the town where the oldest discovered wooden wheel in the world was found, dated as old as 5,200 years.

Močilnik Springs is the best-known source of the Ljubljanica River.
A scenic valley where water from several subterranean streams comes to the surface and forms the sources of the Ljubljanica river. It is lined by overhanging walls of rock known as Devil's Crags (Hudičeve skale).

A walk in a valley Retovje , which is known for abundant Ljubljanica springs. All springs together produce a lot of water and this water was used to power 10 sawmills during the 19th century.
