This captivating Mindo Cloud Forest excursion commences at the center of Quito city or hotels. Step into a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle, embarking on a 1.5-hour journey through the scenic beauty of Ecuador.

Mindo - Nambillo is an ecological reserve with approximately 22,000 hectares of primary forest. Within this preserved area, there is a natural complex of 15 waterfalls, each with its own unique height and beauty.

At an elevation of 1,900 meters (6,233 ft), various exotic species such as hummingbirds, air plants, and orchids will captivate our attention. Along the winding road, we will make stops at different viewpoints to appreciate the breathtaking scenery.

We will drive to Mindo village after taking pictures. Mindo is located on the southern edge of the Choco/Andean hotspots of biodiversity. This area is internationally important for birds and was designated as the first area in South America by Birdlife International in 1997. Mindo is an enchanting green kingdom with abundant life waiting to be discovered. To reach the other side of the mountains, you will take a cable car that spans 530 meters.

After the ride, visitors will hike for 1 to 2 hours, depending on their physical condition, to see beautiful waterfalls such as "Ondinas," "Guarumos," "Colibríes," "Madre," and "Los Maderos." Visitors can also take a refreshing dip in any of these waterfalls.
