Trafalgar Square is the heart of London - one of the most beautiful open spaces not only in London, but also in the world. The square was laid out to celebrate the victory of Lord Nelson at the Battle of Trafalgar and today this is where people gather to celebrate, to mark important events or just to relax and admire the view! Trafalgar Square is the home of Nelson's column, stunning water fountains and the National Gallery.
