Stop 2

The first stop is a visit to the Zagreb Cathedral, which represents the most monumental Croatian sacred building, which is also the symbol of the city of Zagreb and the largest Croatian monument of religion and culture. In front of the cathedral, you will visit the Holy Mary Monument which has been certified as the tallest golden statue of the Virgin in the world.

Walking around the old Vlaška street, you will step by a detective whos invention solved all the future murder scenes…

Somewhere around the wonderful park Zrinjevac, one of the most famous Croatian inventors is waiting for you, without whose gadget we would not be able to function today.

Stop 5

Visit the main Zagreb square and meeting point, which is the center of all social and political events. On the square you will also see the most famous fountain in Zagreb - Mandusevac, along with meeting one of the best European basketball players of all time.

Visit the full of life and colored market which nurtures +80 years of tradition. Buy some local products and feel the vibe of the old town before meeting the founder of modern seismology and the parachute inventor.

Walk through the most vibrant street in Zagreb which is lined with traditional shops, small boutiqies, restaurants and caffee bars. Hear everything about the river which used to flow and devide Kaptol and Gradec, along with the story about the 'Bloody bridge'. While wondering around the Tkalča street, you will find a man sitting in the corner with a steering wheel in his hands. Guess what he invented?

Stop 8

Pass by Zagreb's most important cultural and religious attraction, and learn all about the legend that made the stone gate famous. On the way to the Upper Town, you will meet Einstein's predecessor – the so-called 'universal mind'.

Visit the most oldest and colorful building in Zagreb which was built in the 13th century, and which has the most beautiful Gothic portal in Croatia.

Visit the fort that was built in 1266 and whose role was to defend the southern entrance to the city. Lotrscak tower houses the famous Grič cannon which fires exactly at noon.

Visit the promenade with one of the best panoramic views in Zagreb, known as Zagreb Stross. This promenade is a romantic place where lovers leave their padlocks and enjoy sunsets while sitting on the bench enjoying the view. One great attraction on Stross is the Antun Gustav Matoš statue with which you can share the view.

Have a ride with one of the worlds most shortest funiculars, which will take you down to the Zagreb main shopping street – Ilica.

Passing through Gundulićeva Street, we will come across the first Music School in Croatia, which was opened in 1829. Somewhere near the school, we will find a person who attended and taught there - an opera singer who conquered world stages.

Stop 14

Visit the impressive architectural building and the pearl of Zagreb – the theater, opera and ballet house also called HNK. In front of the theater, we will come across a sculpture and a masterpiece called the Well of Life, which represents the work of one of the biggest phenomenon among sculptors, which who you will meet only across the street.

Visit Zagreb's favorite square and meeting point - the Flower square. The name of the square was given after the flower stalls which have been a feature of the place since the 14th century. On this square you will meet the scientist and inventor who made electricity available to everyone.
