About this experience

Sisal is a magical little town with a unique charm, nestled on the northwestern coast of Yucatán. Known for its white sands and scenic boat rides, it showcases the incredible natural beauty of the region—including its seasonal role as a flamingo habitat. Once a hub of commercial influence, Sisal now thrives as a tranquil fishing port, making it the perfect escape from the ordinary.

During your visit, you’ll take a motorcycle taxi ride to the kayaks or barges, followed by a tour through the mangroves. There, you’ll witness extraordinary landscapes, spot migratory birds, and discover the rich biodiversity of the area. Before concluding, you’ll visit Ojo de Agua Carbonera, a coastal spring where you can relax in its refreshing waters.

You’ll also have free time to explore the town’s most emblematic corners and savor its local cuisine (our guides will gladly recommend the best spots to eat!).
