What you'll see
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Helsinki City Hotel details as well as your mobile phone number. Your transfer will be confirmed at time of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
The departure from the hotel will be 2,5 - 3 hours before your flight. You will receive a confirmation with the pick up time or you can contact Stromma Finland directly 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer to reconfirm exact pick up time (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).
Your English speaking driver will meet you at your hotel . The driver will be holding a sheet with the Lead Passenger's name.
