Please note: Access to the cave is only permitted by boat, and guests are not allowed to disembark inside the cave. Time spent in the cave is limited, and how far the boat can enter will depend entirely on the weather and sea conditions on the day.

We will start the excursion by leaving Lagos Marina and heading down the river next to the Avenue Descobrimentos. We will then head east cruising the stunning coastline past Alvor, Praia da Rocha, Carvoeiro and then to Benagil. The Benagil cave is the most famous sea cave in Portugal. We will try to get as close to the cave as possible depending on the sea conditions.
Afterwards we will head west to the stunning bay at Praia de Vau or into the Alvor Lagoon. Here you can relax, swim, paddleboard, snorkel, listen to music, drink and have some snacks.
We will then head back towards the marina and if time permits we will show you the magnificent rock formations and caves at Ponte de Piedade.
