With regards to meeting clients at the airports, I'll meet them at the relevant arrivals section, with a signboard with names on it. When clients book I will be able to get their numbers and flight details to be in touch beforehand (I would guess this is standard)
Meeting clients at Hotels or B&Bs (Etc.) would be the same as above. ETA's will be provided when bookings are made. Extra's such as wifi and snacks are arranged. Free water is available (limited) Wifi is also provided (limited) at a small fee. Meals can be arranged beforehand.
