We will take a relaxed guided running tour, training and at the same time getting to know the history and beauties of Paraty. We offer runners the opportunity to exercise while learning all that the beautiful city has to offer.
All this together with an Italian tour guide and life and travel coach who has already run marathons and who will give you all the tips to enjoy the city in the best way, leading you along the route in a cultural, natural and creative way.
