Nui Thung or Mount Angel Eye is a masterpiece of nature was formed during the geological tectonic process that took place tens of millions of years ago, and is a rare and unique feature in the limestone mountain system in Vietnam.

We keep moving to Dia Tren paper village which has 65 households practicing the craft of traditional papermaking, a tradition preserved for many generations inside the Nung An ethnic group.
If we are lucky, we can witness how Nung An people produce paper from the bark of May Sla (local language) with numerous steps and listen to the story about it.
with the opportunity to buy and some souvenirs like the fans, notebooks or some sheets of paper that are used for drawing or writing calligraphy.
Then we keep moving to Phia Thap, where Nung An people produce incense sticks from natural materials. Incense takes an important role in Vietnamese daily life. During the sunny day, you can see they dry the incense in all the roads of the village.
We drive to Mount Angel Eye valley, depend on the season, we can drive down or walk down the valley then find the way to hike up to the "eye" or maybe take a raft/SUP to the starting point of the hike during rainy season.
Around 15ha in area when full of water and locally known as the Nam Tra lake, during the rainy season (June - August), and in the dry season (September onward), where local farmers can graze the cattle in the valley. It looks like a landscape postcard.
