Stop 1

Long Son Pagoda is a Buddhist temple in the city of Nha Trang on South Central Coast of Vietnam. It is regarded as one of the main sites in the city, along with Hai Duc Temple.

Long Son Pagoda was previously known as Dang Long Tu and it is located at 22 October 23 Street. It is located in the ward of Phuong Son, and sits at the foot of Trai Thuy Mountain, in city of Nha Trang, just 400 m west of the railway station.

Long Son Pagoda was erected on another hill in 1886 under the abbotship of Thích Ngộ Chí (1856–1935), who hailed from the district of Vinh Xuong in Khánh Hòa Province. Before joining the sangha, he was a participant in anti-French resistance forces that attempted to regain Vietnamese independence.

Stop 2

The tower was built the Cham civilization between the 7th and 12th century to honor Yang I Nu Ponagar – mother of the Kingdom. The local Buddhists of Nha Trang use this place for prayer and worshipping and there are many incense lighted giving the place an interesting aroma. The Ponagar tower is a very glorified structure with amazing architectures filling with stunning colors.

Chong Rocks is a famous sight in Nha Trang city. It is at Hon Chong clump, Vinh Phuoc ward. Chong Rocks of two large rock clusters is located on the beach at the foot of la San hill. All of the rocks lying about in disorder and in the way create a majestic look.

Dam Market is the largest market and trading symbol of Nha Trang coastal city. The market has existed for a long time and gone through many phases of the history's changes. It did not officially open until 1980 when the market was renovated and inaugurated. Looking from above, tourists will see the image of the market as a blossoming lotus flower, which retains a unique architecture creating an unforgettable highlight for the hospitable Nha Trang coastal city. Thanks to unique architecture features and long-lasting historical significance, Dam Market becomes one of the must-see tourist attractions in Nha Trang.

The French built Nha Trang Institute of Oceanography in 1923 in Nha Trang, where has the most diverse marine life in Vietnam. The Museum of Oceanography is an inseparable part of the Institute of Oceanography, along with its history of nearly a century of foundation and development.
Housed in a grand French-colonial building in southern Nha Trang, this dated museum has 60,000 or so jars of pickled marine specimens, stuffed birds and sea mammals, and displays of local boats and fishing artefacts. There are tanks with reef fish and sharks but the rescued seals and marine turtles are kept in pitifully small enclosures.
