Stop 1

In the morning at 8:00am our private tour guide will pick you at your place. You will transferred to Angkor Thom place where you will first visit to The Bayon Temple. This is one of the biggest temples in Angkor and one of the oldest in the world. It was the state temple of the great Buddhist King Jayavarman VII. Bayon is known for its minimalistic beauty. The architecture is old but the temple stands tall and is very significant, both historically and spiritually.

Then you will visit by walk to Baphuon Temple, Baphuon was erected in the reign of Udayadityavarman II, who ruled from 1050-1066. It served as the state temple of Yasodharapura, the capital city of the Khmer empire in the 11th century.

Then procceed to The Royal Enclosure (Phimeanakas) And Elephant Terrace . At the Terrace of the Elephants you can see many base-relief sculptures of elephants, horses, lions, dancers, and warriors. Garudas holding the terrace above them are carved into the main wall.

The you will transferred to The Ta Prohm temple is the place where Hollywood film company made a Movie "Tom Raider". The temple is built in the Bayon style, minimalistic but intricate. Surrounding the temple is a jungle. This gives a very adventurous feel to all who visit this place. For those interested in History, this is an apt place to visit.

After Delicious lunch you will visit to the Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is the largest religious monument in the world. It is a Buddhist temple built in the early 12th century. The particularly popular about the temple is its grand yet intricate Khmer architecture. The main towers are shaped like lotus buds. The temples are aplenty and each building has a different story to tell. When inside the complex, you’d feel like you have traveled back in time.
In the case of If you have time you can visit to Phnom Bakheng climb the hill and temple for enjoy watching sunset view. Otherwise our tour Guide will drop you at your departure place.
