Duration: 1 hour: Explore the streets of the city! Run with us 7 km and see gardens, shopping strees and get some inside tipps from locals.<br/>Run to shop - Central city run: Starting at the river, crossing a lot of parks and seeing the major shopping streets. Enjoy it!

Nightrun - a Sightrun at night

Duration: 1 hour: Also the nightrun (running when it is dark) will take 50-90 minutes typically.<br/>Along the river: Route is comparabel to our classic tour but the atmoshphere is a different one when it is dark. See the lights of the city :)

Stop 1 Pass by

We will meet at Heinrich Heine Allee and walk through the old town. Here we just walk and get to know each other to ensure we will tailor the run to your desire. Of course we also can share tipps where to go and what to avoid :-D

We will start our Running Tour at Burgplatz Düsseldorf, we will talk about the tempo we want to run and your major points of interest.

Do you know this nice and cosy place? This is where the Düsseldorf people love to enjoy the sun dawn while drinking a beer or wine from Fortuna Büdchen.

We will cross the Rhine river and run along the riverside of Oberkassel. Here you have an amazing view on the Düsseldorf Altstadt. Of course we can stopp for a photo anytime you like.

Do you what happens with this bridge? It's a true and very special story. We will tell you ...

We will cross back to the eastern part of Düsseldorf via the "Rheinkniebrücke" with a nice view on city and the TV tower. Will you manage to learn how to read the largest decimal clock of the world?

We will run through the "Rheinuferpromenade" and we will tell you something about the "Stadtstrand", the "Kasematten" and many more.
