After booking is confirmed a representative will reach out to confirm pick-up details via email or telephone call. At the arrival gate there’ll be a representative with a sign reflecting the company’s name and waiting to receive the traveler/s. At this point the traveler/s will be escorted to the vehicle of choice and will proceed on a safe and smooth ride through a direct route to their agreed destination.
