About this experience

Spend with us a morning discovering the atypical products of Tuscany and Italy, tasting the authentic flavors of our country at the Market of San Lorenzo. We will taste, Balsamic Vinegar, truffle products, Wine, focaccia and many other products that we will also use in the kitchen for our 4-course lunch. you will be accompanied by a professional chef who will explain the characteristics and history of the market and its products.
We will then move to our kitchens not far from the historic center, inside a historic building. Here we will prepare a typical Italian four-course lunch with the products we met at the market.
Once the preparation of each specialty is finished, you will be able to taste what you have made in our dining room, including wine and water.
The class is not allowed for severe and contact Celiac disease, not to be confused with gluten intolerance.
Depending on the chefs' availability, the class can also be done in Spanish and German.

The Market Tour is held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:45 AM with a duration of about 4-5 hours. Meeting Point is at the statue in front of the San Lorenzo church.
The recipes will be given at the end of the class.
Vegetarian option available (no extra charges).
