The driving will last around 40 minutes. During this time the guide will give you a lot of informations about Sardinia, its history and its geology.
Once you'll get there, you'll meet Sergio and you are going to start immediately to prepare the cheese.
Sergio will transform 50 liters of milk sheep in a wheel of pecorino cheese and you'll see every single step of the process.
After that the guide will show you the farm where you'll be able to see the animals, like horses, pigs, sheeps and the fruit trees.
Everything will be surrounded by the beautiful mountains.
After that you'll come back to the house where Sergio will have prepared the amazing lunch.
You are going to have an amazing charcuterie board with different kind of cold cuts and different cheeses made by Sergio.
After that you'll have the ravioli and of course Sergio's wine.
