About this experience

Great for couples, family reunions, a fun family night, vacations, birthday parties or events. We take care of the entire delivery, set-up, and clean up for you.

**If not staying on private property, campsite fees vary and will be charged separately from our camp rates. Guests can either book their own locations and provide proof of reservation prior to glamping reservation, or work with InstaGear Staff to find a location.

Member of the InstaGear Outdoor Rentals team shall reach out to you regarding location and desired check-in and check-out times. Standard Check-In is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10 am. These times are dependent on the location the Glamping tent is set up. Glamping location is chosen by the customer prior to stay.
