Found in the traditional village of Megalochori, Gavalas Winery is one of the oldest, family-run wineries of Santorini. Gavalas is also the only winery in Santorini to produce the rare wines Katsano and Voudomato.

This one-of-a-kind wine museum was built 8 meters underground and is 300 meters long. The museum presents the history of their Santorini wine and the life of the winemakers from 1660 – 1979.
