What you'll see

Part of the most important information is already in the “Pick Up Details” section. However, we want to remind you not to give any information to anyone. The driver assigned to you will have important information on hand, such as your first name, last name, and drop-off location.

Someone will be contacting you—this could be Anthony (the owner) or Stephanie, who is the business' secretary. Therefore, it is very important that your contact information is correct, as this will make communication much easier. We contact clients to inform them where to wait for the driver and any other important details.

We wait for clients regardless of how many hours a flight may be delayed, so you don’t need to worry about these minor details. However, it is important to emphasize that most of the time we have more than three scheduled services for each driver. We promise to wait as long as necessary in case of flight delays, but while this almost never happens, it might be that we are not there to pick you up immediately your flights arrive early. So please, we ask for your patience. You will never have to wait more than 15 minutes. If you have to wait more than 20 minutes, we will take you to your destination and refund your money. We also ask that you please wait inside the airport if we inform you that we are running a bit late.

For your return, we always recommend leaving 4 hours before your flight. Generally, it takes us between 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, but just in case, we prefer to have that extra 30 minutes. We usually arrive 15 minutes before the pick-up time, but due to various situations on the road, we may be slightly delayed. Again, if we take more than 20 minutes, we will take you to the airport at no charge.

We know that Viator does not allow you to add a pick-up time, but you can add the day and time in the “Special Requirements” section. Adding the day in Special Requirements is not necessary for those who book the "One Way Airport Transportation," which allows you to add the date but not the time. For those booking "Roundtrip Transportation," we kindly ask you to include the day and time in Special Requirements so that it appears every time we search for your reservation.

We schedule our drivers the day before, so please contact us at least 24 hours in advance regarding the time you wish to be picked up. We specify this because there are clients we are unable to reach—neither by message, email, nor WhatsApp—and they inform us only hours before that they wish to be picked up. We are not responsible for transportation in these cases.

We offer all types of tours and transportation in Guanacaste, so contact us to learn more about our services.
