It is a sumptuous noble residence from the late 19th century. In the Donnafugata castle there are 122 rooms but only 28 are accessible to the public. The servants lived and worked on the lower floors and there were warehouses.

You cannot miss a stop in Scicli, a small seaside village where the "Casa di Montalbano" is located near the sea and has been transformed into an accommodation facility for tourists.
We will visit the Vigata Police Station which is nothing less than the Town Hall of the baroque town of Scicli, where the police commissioner's office is actually that of the mayor and the Spadaro Palace, walking through the Baroque streets.
Visit of Ragusa Ibla, which is its oldest area, with a splendid Piazza del Duomo which can be seen in several scenes of Montalbano's fiction, as well as the Church of San Giorgio, the Church of Santa Maria delle Scale and glimpses of the Giardino Ibleo .
Visit to Modica, jewel of Baroque art, walk among churches and palaces, visit the Duomo and finally a stop in the oldest factory in Sicily where it will be possible to learn about the production method of true Modica chocolate still made according to ancient tradition.
