Pickup included
We begin the adventure with pick-up from the hotel early in the morning to take you by private transportation to Ollantaytambo (Train Station). The train trip is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Then we will board the Vistadome or Panoramic train to Aguas Calientes that will take you through impressive Andean mountain landscapes and the mysterious Amazonian cloud forest.
During the trip you will see several glaciers and snow-capped peaks, as well as fertile green valleys and Inca agricultural platforms on both sides of the valley.
Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, our private guide will be waiting for you at the train station and then we will board a bus to get to the entrance of Machu Picchu on a zigzag trip up the mountain.
The guided tour inside Machu Picchu will last from 2 hours to 3 hours with a private guide who loves the Inca culture and you will be able to experience up close the history of this impressive sacred destination from very ancient times.
After the visit to Machu Picchu, you will return to Aguas Calientes to enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, you will take the Vistadome Panoramic train back to Ollantaytambo on a beautiful trip through the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
